Lesson Packages & Pricing

As a teacher, I believe in creating a high-quality, individualized learning experience for every student, which is why I offer Lesson Packages at three different tiers. Drawing from my experience at top conservatories including The Oberlin Conservatory and The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, my goal is to produce an individualized conservatory experience for each of my students. Students are not only exposed to traditional one-on-one teaching methods, but also to music theory training, performance opportunities, and group studio classes.

Music lessons are an investment in both time and money for all families, and I believe the level of investment each family shows for their budding student should be matched by the teacher. Gifting students important musical resources such as a flute stand and metronome at the beginning of their studies is my way of ensuring that they are set up for success.

The Performance Package ($170/mo.)

  • Weekly 30-minute lessons  

  • Monthly Studio Newsletter 

  • Access to Monthly Studio Class 

  • Welcome Package (flute binder & tote bag provided at the first lesson)

Recommended for:  Beginning students, 5th grade-8th grade students, students who have been playing flute for less than 2 years, those who are playing recreationally.

The Virtuoso Package ($255/mo.)

  • Weekly 45-minute lessons

  • Monthly Studio Newsletter

  • Access to Monthly Studio Class 

  • Dedicated lesson time set aside for music theory & aural skills training

  • Welcome Package (flute notebook, binder, cleaning cloth,, & tote bag provided at the first lesson) 

 

Recommended for: Serious intermediate students, 8th grade through high school students, students who want to round out their musical education with music theory & aural skills training.

Conservatory Training Program [CTP] ($340/mo.)

  • Hourly sessions each week 

  • Access to Newsletter & Studio Clas

  • Emphasis on music theory & aural skills training - books provided 

  • Welcome Package (flute notebook, binder, cleaning cloth, flute stand, & tote bag provided at the first lesson) 

  • Opportunities to shadow the flute section of the Poway Symphony  

 

Recommended for: Advanced students, students who want to study music in college, students preparing for the AP Music Theory exam, students who desire more in-depth musical training.
