“Musical Contrasts” including two playful pieces for flute and orchestra featuring our principal flutist Katie Kim as soloist: the Sonata for flute and orchestra by Francis Poulenc and the Concertino for flute and Orchestra by Cécile Chaminade. In addition, the orchestra will provide more excitement with the overture to “Cosi fan Tutti” by W.A. Mozart and the Symphony No.2 by Johannes Brahms.
